Ingredients (for approx. 2–3 servings):
- 1 pack of SIR POTATO – potato balls (450 g)
- Salt, pepper
Method:
Basic preparation:
- Open the bag of Sir Potato potato balls.
- No need to rinse the potatoes – they have already been washed several times during production.
- Transfer them to a colander and let drain for 2 minutes. Then pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oil in a deep fryer or air fryer.
Deep frying:
- Heat the oil to 170–180 °C.
- Place the potato balls into the fryer basket and fry for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove onto paper towels and let drain.
Alternative – air fryer:
- Line the air fryer basket with baking paper.
- Lightly spray the potato balls with oil.
- Cook at 190 °C for about 8–10 minutes until crispy, turning halfway through.
Seasoning:
Season lightly with salt after cooking and serve warm.
Serving tips:
- Perfect with steaks, roasted meat, or cheese sauce.
- Also delicious served simply with a dip (garlic, herb, or sour cream).
- Ideal as a party snack or a quick dinner with a fresh salad.
