Sir Potato Buttered Potato Wedges with Parsley video

Ingredients (for approx. 2–3 servings):

  • 1 pack of SIR POTATO – cooked potato wedges (450 g)
  • 1–2 tbsp butter (or plant-based butter for a vegan version)
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional, lightly crushed)
  • Fresh parsley – finely chopped (approx. 2 tbsp)
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: ground black pepper or a pinch of nutmeg

Method:

Preparing the potatoes:

  1. Open the bag of potatoes.
  2. No need to rinse them – they have already been washed several times during production.

Pan & butter:

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Optionally add the crushed garlic clove and briefly sauté it (about 30 seconds) to infuse the butter with aroma.

Frying the potatoes:

  1. Add the potato wedges to the pan.
  2. Gently stir or flip them so they turn golden on both sides (about 5–6 minutes).

Seasoning:

  1. Season with salt and optionally black pepper.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in the fresh parsley.

Serving tips:

  • A great side dish for roasted or grilled meat, salmon, tofu, or vegetable dishes.
  • You can elevate them with a few drops of lemon juice or a cheese topping (e.g. Parmesan).
  • They also work well as a standalone meal with a salad or an egg.

Fragrant, tender, and ready in just a few minutes.
